Position Summary: Monmouth University is seeking applications for a Director of Creative Content in the Athletics department.

The candidate would be expected to coordinate all elements, including scheduling, shooting and editing, of creative content, including but not limited to: creative video and content of selected athletic events, live games and features; produce video content for use on department's official digital platforms (social media, official website), develop content for in-venue video boards.

This is an in-person, on-campus, non-remote position.

Required Degree, License or Certifications: Bachelor's degree

Required Skills or Software: Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Must be able to treat confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Must be able to operate a variety of office equipment. Must have an understanding of the University's concern for academics as well as athletic excellence.

Other Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Broadcast Journalism or related field. Two years of experience in video production editing. Experience shooting video in sports. Proficiency with Final Cut Pro, Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects. Ability to work evenings and weekends, and travel with teams as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working for a college or university athletics program, league office or professional sports team.
