Brand Marketing & Creative Mgr, Stores TA We're seeking a visionary Employer Brand Marketing & Creative Manager to revolutionize our employer branding efforts. This role blends strategic marketing with hands-on creative direction, requiring a unique mix of analytical thinking and artistic flair. You'll be responsible for crafting immersive experiences that bring our employer brand to life across multiple touch points, from digital platforms to offline branding and events, while also establishing standardized processes for our creative workflows.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement an innovative employer brand strategy that aligns with our business objectives and company values
Lead the creative direction for employer branding initiatives, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all mediums
Oversee the production of high-quality multimedia content, including video productions, interactive experiences, and virtual reality tours
Direct and produce employer branding films and video content, from concept to post-production
Design and execute experiential marketing campaigns that showcase our company culture and work environment
Create event experiences that engage potential candidates and embody our employer brand
Develop intuitive and engaging digital touchpoints for candidate interactions
Analyze data and consumer insights to inform creative decisions and measure campaign effectiveness
Manage relationships with external creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers
Stay at the forefront of creative trends in employer branding, internal comms and employee experience
Design and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all creative processes, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the team
Create a wide range of creative assets such as graphics, illustrations, animations, and interactive content for various platforms and campaigns
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film Production, Design, or related field
7+ years of experience in creative direction, brand marketing, or multimedia production
Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding campaigns across various media
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in film production, experiential marketing, and digital content creation
Experience in directing and overseeing post-production processes for video content
Proficiency in UX design principles and their application in employer branding
Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce engaging live events
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
Excellent data analysis skills to inform creative decisions
Expertise in creating SOPs and streamlining creative workflows
Proficiency in industry-standard design and production software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Film Production, Design, or related field
7+ years of experience in creative direction, brand marketing, or multimedia production
Proven track record in developing and executing successful branding campaigns across various media
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in film production, experiential marketing, and digital content creation
Experience in directing and overseeing post-production processes for video content
Proficiency in UX design principles and their application in employer branding
