Key Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful consultation with new and existing clients to understand the needs of their property and vision for the space
• Create detailed site plans, visual representationsthrough CAD programs, and comprehensive estimates with contracts
• Liase with clients, vendors, and our Construction Team as you guide the entire lifecycle of the project from initial planning to final completion

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Design (BS, Landscape Hort)or Landscape Architecture (BLA)with 5 years of experience in high-end residential workora minimum of 10 years of high-end design and sales experience
• An artistic eye for the elements of design such as color theory, texture, balance, proportion, and more
• Ability to incorporatedigitaldevices and platforms (i.e., tablets, iPhone, AutoCAD programs, CRM systems, Microsoft Suite)
• Horticultural knowledge of theecological conditions in the Dallas area and their impacts on a proposed design
• Construction knowledge of the building methods and build-ability of hardscapeelements included in adesign

Compensation Package
