Responsibilities:

  • Collect, process, and analyze data from various sources, including social media, websites, CRM, digital advertising, and customer data.
  • Analyze the performance of online and offline marketing campaigns to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Assist the marketing team in understanding customer journeys and behaviors based on available data.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and retention rates.
  • Assess the performance of various marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing, influencer marketing, and offline events.
  • Identify areas for improvement in marketing campaigns based on data analysis and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Prepare regular marketing analysis reports (weekly/monthly) to be presented to the marketing team and management.
  • Transform complex data into easily understandable reports and actionable insights through dashboards, data visualization, and presentations.
  • Provide strategic marketing recommendations based on data findings to improve campaign effectiveness and budget optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to create data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to leverage and optimize various data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Provide insights to the creative team regarding the most effective content or promotional materials based on performance data.

Requirements:

  • Min 1 year in marketing or digital analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business/Statistics or related field.
  • Proven experience with mobile app and web analytics, including user behavior and commercial performance.
  • Familiarity with online and offline channel analytics (e.g., social media, SEM, CRM campaigns, offline events).
  • Background in tech, fintech, e-commerce, or digital-first industries preferred.
  • Statistics or mathematics, and data mining proficiency highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with digital analytics platforms like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Firebase, or similar tools.
