Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and generate demand for our products/services. The ideal candidate is a creative and data-driven leader who can develop and execute marketing strategies, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
  2. Lead and manage the marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  3. Oversee and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending.
  4. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine strategies.
  5. Collaborate with sales, product, and executive leadership to drive growth and revenue.

Brand & Communications:

  1. Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity and messaging across all channels.
  2. Oversee the creation of compelling content, advertising, PR, and digital marketing campaigns.
  3. Manage relationships with external agencies, media, and partners to maximize brand exposure.
  4. Ensure all marketing materials align with brand guidelines and company values.

Demand Generation & Digital Marketing:

  1. Develop and execute lead generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  2. Oversee SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  3. Utilize marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) to streamline workflows and optimize campaigns.
  4. Track and analyze KPIs and ROI to improve performance and conversion rates.

Product & Customer Marketing:

  1. Work with product teams to create go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products/services.
  2. Develop targeted messaging and campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
  3. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  3. Innovation and creativity to create brand new strategies that attract customers and succeed over the competition.
  4. Ability to lead groups and be decisive.
  5. Collaborative skills to accept and incorporate ideas into strategies.
  6. Time management and organization to meet strict deadlines.
  7. Ability to recognize trends and stay ahead of them.
  8. Proficient with analysis and design software.
  9. 5-10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  10. Proven experience in B2B or B2C marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.
  11. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM, and marketing automation tools.
  12. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  2. Strong background in content marketing, storytelling, and public relations.
