Forest River, Inc., the Nation’s largest manufacturer of Recreational Vehicles, Cargo Trailers, Transit Buses and Boats has an immediate opening.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a dynamic, data-driven professional with a strong background in brand management, content marketing, and digital strategy.

This role will collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure that all marketing initiatives are strategic, well executed, and delivered on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in marketing.

Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing plans for assigned brands that align with company objectives and drive awareness, engagement and growth. Help identify target audiences, set marketing goals, and define the "Who, What, and How" of each brand’s strategic plan.
  2. Initiatives and Storytelling: Collaborate with product managers to define and launch key products, initiatives and brand stories. Create and manage a toolkit to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
  3. Content Strategy: Oversee the development of compelling content for digital and traditional platforms, including social media, websites, print materials, and advertising.
  4. Digital Marketing: Work with inside agency to create digital marketing efforts, including PPC, email campaigns, and social media, to increase engagement and lead generation.
  5. Toolkit Development and Implementation: Work with the inside agency to design and deploy marketing toolkits that support products and align with brand guidelines.
  6. Experiential Management: Plan and execute trade shows, dealer events, and customer engagement initiatives.
  7. Budget Management: Develop and monitor marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources. Track spending and ensure that marketing activities stay within budget.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in brand management, product management, marketing strategy, and consumer engagement.
  • Strong leadership and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics.
