Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year

This position also comes with additional 0.2% - 1% equity compensation in Predob (an exciting Tech Startup owned by Frame Amo).

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention.
2. Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
3. Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize for success.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing efforts.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
3. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
6. Experience working in e-commerce or retail industry.
