Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our fast-paced Defense Marketing Team. As Marketing Specialist you will play a key role in executing and optimizing the company’s marketing initiatives, with an emphasis on social media strategy, content creation, and analytics. You will be passionate about working to increase brand awareness, audience engagement and lead generation while also supporting our broader marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and develop their skills as part of a global team.

Responsibilities:
- Content Creation and Management: Create, schedule, and publish content on key platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and lead conversion.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, supporting product launches, events, and other marketing efforts.
- Community Engagement: Manage responses to comments, messages, and audience interactions across platforms to build an engaged online community.
- Trend Monitoring and Market Research: Identify trends, best practices, algorithm changes, and competitor activities. Suggest innovative approaches to enhance performance.
- Collaborative Work: Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Business Development, to align messaging and campaigns.
- General Support: Administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Participation in external events or photo/video shoots may be required.
What you Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, related field or equivalent experience
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience with paid advertising, including social media and traditional advertising.
Preferred:
- Digital Marketing or Social Media certification (e.g., HubSpot, Google Digital Garage, Meta Blueprint).
- Experience or internships in digital marketing, social media, or communications roles preferred.
