We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing department. The Marketing Specialist will oversee and execute all eCommerce programs focused on growing online sales. The successful individual will be responsible for managing the development and maintenance of online stores and websites and implementing new digital marketing strategies. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for ideating, implementing, and tracking marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products and services via online channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Implement digital marketing strategies aligning with the company’s goals.
- Oversee and optimize Hudson Website, eCommerce Stores, and App:
- Merchandise products on site and keep sites current.
- Developing, monitoring, writing, and updating product content.
- Maintain product inventory in the store and manage multi-faceted product pricing structures.
- Optimize and improve online user experience.
- Implement and oversee an online loyalty program.
- Implement and oversee Google Ads Strategy.
- Implement Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices to improve website traffic and increase organic search rankings.
- Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System:
- Lead Management: oversee and assign leads that come in from new and prospective customers.
- Collaborate on Customer Journeys and Email Campaigns. Create, and optimize email drip campaigns to nurture leads and engage qualified prospects.
- Build and optimize landing pages and digital funnels to maximize conversion rates and improve the user experience.
- Reporting:
- Analyze customer data, sales trends, and develop plans for online account growth and customer engagement growth.
- Analyze website traffic and content performance to make data-driven adjustments for continuous improvement.
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using Google Analytics and other tools to track KPIs.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing roles.
- Must have experience with Google Analytics and SEO.
- Must have experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools. D365 preferred.
- Must have experience with eCommerce platforms. WooCommerce and Word Press preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes.
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- A problem solver who is eager to adapt and learn new skills
- Ability to present clear and concise information, making concepts understandable and accessible to all audiences
