Job Summary

The SWTHZ assistant studio manager plays a critical role on helping lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embody our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Sales and Membership Growth

- Achieve studio membership and revenue goals: Collaborate with the sales associates on effective ways to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and maintain existing ones.

- Provide exceptional sales support: coach sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.

- Assisting the studio manager with reaching goals and helping the sales associates reach theirs.


Leadership and Management:

- Help build and cultivate a high performing engaged team: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to succeed.

- Help assist in coaching team members: provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

- Lead by Example: Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication, and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.


Operational Excellence

- Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations

- Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment: implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and members.

- Manage studio cleanliness: Allocate cleaning staff in a manor that keeps attrition under 7%.

- Identify and help implement operational improvements: Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in a team member and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.


Job Based Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Leadership: Can you inspire a shared sense of purpose in the studio. This includes leading the team through change and coaching through ambiguity.

Business Acumen: Can you see beyond the surface, understanding the intricate dance between sales and operations.

Strategic Thinking: Problems and challenges in the studio are not roadblocks, but puzzles waiting to be solved. Are you a problem solver?

Persuasion: Relationship based selling. Can you build that trust with a studio guest (intro) that creates a compelling vision for why they should join and become a member at the studio?

Delegation and Empowerment: Are you able to delegate in a manner that yields strong revenue and membership targets?


Requirements:

Minimum Education Level / Certifications:

- High School Diploma

- Degree in a related Field

-CPR/AED

-Specialized credentials preferred or equivalent work experience or education in specialized function


Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications:

- 2+ years aof experience in a sales environment

- Experience with relationship-based selling, building value, and overcoming objections


Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions

- Must be able to lift 50 pounds

- Physical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking
