Responsibilities: Customer Meetings and Events:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing the annual customer user group meeting and other key events. Manage event registrations, vendor coordination, logistics, and ensure a seamless and engaging attendee experience. Support post-event activities, such as feedback collection and reporting.

Content Management & Marketing Collateral:

Oversee the import and organization of graphic files within the marketing content platform, ensuring assets remain current and visually appealing. Create, proofread, and edit marketing copy for various channels, ensuring brand consistency and a compelling message.

Internal Communications Support:

Contribute to internal communications initiatives by drafting, curating, and posting content across company platforms. Maintain brand consistency in messaging and support engagement strategies.

Marketing Budget & Purchasing Process:

Assist in tracking marketing expenses, processing invoices, and managing purchase orders to ensure budget adherence. Support reporting on budget allocation and marketing spend efficiency.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the software or technology industry. Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) and marketing content platforms. Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
