About the Team We're looking for a highly talented and motivated individual to join our NA Business Marketing (NABM) team as an Email Communications Manager. This role is an essential member of the NABM's Digital Marketing Pod. This B2B digital marketing team focuses on engaging and driving growth among Key Account advertisers through thoughtful and targeted communications. The candidate will develop, deploy, and optimize email campaigns using HubSpot and our internal CRM tools to build stronger relationships with key clients, deliver educational content, and promote TikTok for Business advertising solutions.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and has experience creating compelling email copy and content while maintaining brand voice and design standards. They are proficient in A/B testing, personalization, and CRM-based automation. This role requires regular performance reporting, collaboration with internal teams to source campaign assets, and providing insights to optimize future communications. Strong collaboration with IMC and partners will be crucial for sharing best practices and audience insights to maximize engagement and impact among high-value business clients.
Responsibilities - Develop copy, content and strategies to optimize and scale email campaigns. - Develop a strong understanding of our users and their needs. Work with CRM Communications Lead to optimize strategies and campaigns that help users build repeatable habits and become more engaged with our product. - Manage and maintain project management base for all email campaigns - Implement experimentation processes that enable the team to work more efficiently and allow us to run more impactful experiments at a faster cadence. - Proactively make recommendations to the Digital Marketing team; source case studies, research, playbooks, and other assets from teams to include and repurpose into email content. - Provide proactive updates on emerging tools/techniques/other brand email successes to continuously make our function better and more efficient. - Utilize user data to improve the personalization and effectiveness of campaigns overall and advise on the opportunities for targeting within key industry engagements. - Rigorously monitor campaign and experiment performance and continuously strategize how to improve and unlock additional growth levers. - Partner with teams to gather data and establish new reports/dashboards; collaborate closely with counterparts in other regions to co-develop creative ideas, learnings, and efficiencies. - Compile performance reports to brief executive leadership on the performance of marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of experience in copywriting and managing marketing campaigns, preferably email - Keen understanding of HubSpot - Strong writing + creative skills with a structured approach to campaign development - Experience in optimizing email content and design to drive increased open rates, click-through rates, and conversions - Strong understanding of B2B audience, segmentation, personalization, and CRM-based email workflows - Detail-oriented with hands-on experience analyzing and reporting on email campaign performance, providing actionable insights for business growth and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications - Ability to apply strategic rigor to campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market insights - Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop, implement, and scale B2B email strategies that engage key advertisers and drive growth - A customer and advertiser-centric mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of collaborating across teams and acting as an email subject matter expert within the greater marketing organization
