prestigious law firm

West Los Angeles
to find a
Marketing Coordinator
to support and drive the firm's marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a
creative, strategic, and detail-oriented professional
with experience in
legal marketing, event planning, content management, and vendor partnerships . The position offers
flexibility
with
remote or hybrid work options , but candidates must be
local to Southern California
for occasional in-office visits and travel.
Key Responsibilities Support Business Development Initiatives:
Assist with preparing
pitch materials, award nominations, and client outreach strategies . Coordinate Firm Events & Sponsorships:
Plan and oversee
firm-sponsored events, industry conferences, and networking opportunities . Oversee Content Strategy:
Manage the
creation, organization, and distribution of marketing content
to enhance brand visibility. Manage External Marketing Collaborations:
Work closely with
third-party vendors and agencies
to execute marketing campaigns. Optimize Digital Presence:
Maintain and update
website content via WordPress
and collaborate on
SEO strategies
to improve online reach. Enhance Social Media Engagement:
Develop and implement
social media campaigns
to strengthen brand presence across platforms. Qualifications
3-7 years of marketing experience
within a
law firm
required. Bachelor's degree required
(Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred). Prior experience in
event coordination
highly preferred. Proficiency with
marketing tools, CRM software, and content management systems . Strong project management skills
with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines. Proactive, adaptable, and able to

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
the individual's skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certification requirements; office location and other geographic considerations; other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
