Detailed Job Description: Technical Responsibilities: 1. Extensive history of hands-on experience with collaboration platforms and tools, such as Microsoft Teams, Teams Admin Center, Teams Live, Stream, Cisco Webex, Cisco Webex Control Hub, and video conferencing systems 2. In-depth expertise in installing, configuring, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintaining video conferencing devices (MTR's, Cisco Webex, Poly). 3. Familiarity with conferencing and meeting connectivity across various platforms, including Zoom, Webex, and Teams. 4. Experience with planning, deploying, and managing Cisco Room OS video conferencing endpoints and Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR). 5. Knowledgeable in A/V systems, including Crestron, Sound Control Technologies, Tricaster, Biamp, Shure, and projectors (e.g., Epson, NEC), as well as BrightSign players.
Business Responsibilities: 1. Maintain a proactive, positive, and professional attitude when supporting all levels of teammates. 2. Full-time, in-office presence required. 3. Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. 4. Responsibilities include managing high-level designs, low-level designs, testing plans, commissioning, implementation plans, and production turnover. 3. Manage and resolve escalated issues quickly and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with engineering, application development, configuration management, quality assurance (QA), production support, and other technical/business stakeholders. 5. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations related to conferencing and collaboration technologies
