We're searching for a highly-qualified

Marketing Coordinator

who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligning with the University's strategic goals. This associate will create, coordinate, and provide support on projects designed to increase the University's awareness and enrollment by supporting and or developing integrated marketing strategies and tactics. The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, email marketing, analytics and reporting, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Objectives of this role Assist in developing and implementing the University's brand strategy across all email communications Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term strategic goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation Prepare email marketing activity reports and metrics for program success Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends Responsibilities

Coordinate the development and implementation of Westcliff University's brand strategy across all email communications Communicate campaign objectives/KPI's, timelines, and deliverables to marketing leadership team on a monthly basis Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice Evaluate and monitor campaign performance on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics and creating comprehensive reports Create and deploy marketing campaigns to help promote the University's events, announcements, and promotions Ensure database for email campaigns are up-to-date and accurate Implement marketing automation plan to streamline email campaigns and lead generation Facilitate creative content ideas and write copy that is consistent with the University's brand guidelines and incorporate SEO best practices Employ marketing analytic techniques to gather insights on the University's website, social media and digital campaigns Coordinate the university's editorial calendar for all email communications by developing, designing and creating content and graphics, making sure they have a consistent brand image and comply with the University's brand guidelines, brand voice, and tone Work closely with colleagues across all University departments on various marketing projects Specials projects/initiatives as needed Other duties as assigned Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, Master's a plus 1-3 years of experience in marketing Must have strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as outstanding copywriting and proofreading skills Firm grasp on various marketing platforms, channels, and best practices, including social, digital, email marketing, and drip campaigns Demonstrated basic graphic design abilities Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Must have strong analytical skills to analyze metrics and create reports Must have a high level of creativity Software Proficiencies: Microsoft Office, Intermediate Excel, Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, and WordPress Preferred Software Proficiencies: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier, Mac iWork (Pages, Keynote, Numbers) Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Working knowledge of HTML and design and email software

Equity Eligible:

There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. The range for hiring in US is $20/hr-$24/hr DOE.
