Director of Sales & Marketing

A manufacturer located in Exton, PA is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead their sales team. This role will be responsible for the direct supervision and accountability of the Seven (7) Regional Sales Managers, all are remote including an overseas RSM in the APAC region. They would also be responsible for the oversight of the Inside Sales Support Team (6), Marketing Manager and Data Entry for a total of (9 ) direct reports and (5) indirect for a department total of 15. There will be a strong/heavy focus on product development, market analysis and growth over the 2-3 years.
