Position Summary The Email Marketing Coordinator helps drive the strategy for members communication at Amplify Credit Union. Through member-facing channels like our email marketing and online banking platforms, the Email Marketing Coordinator works to develop marketing campaigns that will encourage new and existing members to explore new products and services at the credit union. This person will oversee the intersection of our data platforms and our email marketing campaigns, requiring a strong combination of analytical and creative skillsets. RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties as assigned.Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including our retail and real estate teams, to create compelling email campaigns that resonate with our audience.Plan and oversee the execution of segmented email campaigns, A/B testing, and other optimization strategies to maximize open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.Utilize Salesforce Marketing Cloud to manage email lists, segmentation, scheduling, and delivery.Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the marketing leadership team.Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, recommending innovative strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.Develop complementary member-facing campaigns across other digital channels (such as in-branch advertising and online banking advertisements).Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate email campaigns with other marketing initiatives, ensuring a cohesive customer experience.Upholds credit union policies and procedures and champions organizational culture both internally and externallySupervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience 1-3 years of email marketing experience, with a track record of planning, executing, and optimizing successful campaigns.Certificates, Licenses, Registrations Must be bondable.Software & Equipment Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of email service platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Must have reliable internet access of 50MBPS which is the minimum speed required to connect to several of our systems and platforms. Other QualificationsSolid understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and deliverability optimization.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on performance metrics.Excellent design and detail skills.Experience in e-commerce or consumer-facing industries is a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.What We OfferTo build a better bank, you must build a better team.
