We are seeking an enthusiastic Community Relations Supervisor to help us expand our reach and strengthen our relationships within the West Tennessee community with a heavy focus within Shelby county. Your role will involve fostering relationships with clients, caregivers, referral sources, and community stakeholders to expand our private pay business and enhance community well-being.What We Offer: Incentive planCompany car with gas cardPaid Time Off (PTO)Medical, dental, vision benefits401KWeekly payAccess Perks nationwide discount programFree Employee Assistance Program (EAP)8 Holiday office closures Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to identify and engage potential referral sources, including hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and physician officesBuild and maintain strong relationships through networking events, meetings, and educational presentations.Increase care hours and market share by cultivating profitable referral pipelinesMaintain detailed records in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.Represent Senior Solutions at community events, advocating for our services and valuesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service deliveryConduct onsite supervisory visits to ensure client satisfaction and assist with retention effortsFacilitate in-home assessments and introductions between clients and caregivers as neededSupport field recruiting activities as needed Work Environment: This is a hybrid role, allowing for flexibility in your work environment. Know Your Rights, Employer Postings Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent required2+ years of business or sales/marketing experience preferredExceptional networking, relationship-building, and interpersonal skillsStrong ability to work independently and exercise sound judgmentValid driver's license and car insurance with the willingness to travel within the assigned territoryProficiency with computer based software (such as email, CRM)Ability to maintain confidential information and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and regulationsAbility to pass a background check and drug screen per company standardsAbility to be available on-call as needed outside of standard business hoursAbility to adapt quickly to changing priorities and market conditionsPassionate and eager about making a positive impact in the communityPossession of a smartphone with an active service plan and the ability to download required apps required Salary Description $40560 per year
