You will work with a great team and make a significant and lasting impact on the business, innovating the GTM Operations space.The Product Marketing Manager will be the subject matter expert on LeanData solutions, customers, and competitors, and develop an in-depth market understanding. This role will work closely with all GTM and Product teams to define and execute the go-to-market strategy for new LeanData products and features. This role will plan and facilitate the release of new solutions, develop positioning and messaging, enable our customer-facing teams, and create new content that drives successful buying decisions within our largest accounts.We're excited about candidates with strong leadership skills, who are excited to take initiative and collaborate with stakeholders across the business, bring innovative products to market, and create value in a fast-paced environment. If you are a strategic thinker, a team player, and a self-motivated and resourceful problem solver, then please keep reading.What will you do:Research & Analysis:Conduct primary and secondary research to build a solid understanding of LeanData prospects, customers, competitors, and market segments.Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and report on insights to Leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.Identify and understand important trends, segments, and personas.Understand our customers and target prospects at the deepest level.Strategy & Execution:Define target audiences and develop positioning for new solutions, products, and features.Collaborate cross-functionally to develop GTM strategy, plans, and content for new solutions, products, and features.Craft clear and compelling messaging about LeanData solutions.Work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to successfully bring new products and features to market, drive adoption, and support strategic initiatives.Content & Enablement:Build engaging and educational content that clearly articulates complex ideas as simple, easy-to-understand concepts for prospects, customers, and partners.Deliver engaging presentations and materials, enabling our GTM teams to increase win rates and expand into new markets, via live & recorded training sessions.Required Skills:2-5 years of experience in product marketing at a B2B SaaS or Enterprise SoftwareStrong research and analysis skills (qualitative and quantitative)Can confidently run successful customer interviews with strong active listening skillsCustomer-oriented, adept at uncovering underlying needs and unspoken concernsHighly organized plannerDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workExcellent time management skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentCan lead cross-functional teams through influence, comfortably handling ambiguityExcellent written and oral communication/presentation skills, including the ability to create engaging presentationsClearly articulate complex ideas, processes, or technical solutions so that they are easily understood by a non-technical audienceCraft compelling messaging for enterprise solutionsComfortably present to leadership and groups of over 50 people, internally and externallyProven experience in content creation-including blog posts, decks, one-pagers, and videosDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality workPreferred Skills:An in-depth understanding of the Sales and Marketing technology spaceHands-on experience with Sales and Marketing tools, such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Salesloft, and Outreach.Desire to continue learning and developing professional skill setsWhy work at LeanData:Stock options in LeanData for all full-time employeesFlexible PTOEmployee insurance premiums up to 90%401K plan
