Content Delivery Manager
Job Description
As a Content Delivery Manager (CDM), you will be responsible for working directly with a US Oncology Brand team and managing the production and execution of content. The Content Delivery Manager will understand the business and customer experience goals and will work closely with all agency partners, preferred production suppliers, internal creative design, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful and timely delivery of marketing assets. You will also maintain a working knowledge of brand content strategies and be able to activate various partners to deliver content as needed.
You will be responsible for:
- Manage the operational strategy to create the production plan to deliver commercial marketing content which may include websites, banner ads, emails, print collateral, and social media assets.
- Partner with the brand team to understand the brand strategy and business requirements in order to align resources to execute content production and delivery.
- Develop brand content expertise for the use, maintenance, and application of master content to promotional materials.
- Work as a content expert to support the creation of digital and print promotional materials using designated modular content.
- Be the primary point-of-contact for the brand teams throughout the campaign/launch life cycle.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, agencies of record, production partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure that assets are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Manage production deliverables through coordination with our preferred production partner.
- Oversee the review and approval process, working with appropriate cross-functional partners.
- Work closely with our internal creative team to execute brand requests.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously from kick-off to final approval.
- Attend brand, agency, and production partner status calls to review asset progress, discuss risks and opportunities, and align on priorities.
- Secure and manage production budgets on behalf of the brand teams.
- Support AOR onboarding and training in partnership with the Content Delivery Associate.
- With support from the Content Delivery Associate, manage the inventory management process by completing ordering specs, coordinating shipping requirements, and answering questions regarding asset availability.
Must Have:
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- A minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in marketing, content delivery, marketing operations, and/or an advertising agency.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with a collaboration/external partner.
- Project management skills with experience managing concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and produce results in a matrix environment – “Lead without Authority” is preferred.
- Experience working in the pharmaceutical industry is desired.
