Are you a creative visionary with a passion for design and branding? RJL Solutions is looking for a Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic team in Terre Haute! This entry-level position is ideal for a driven individual who thrives on bringing ideas to life through stunning visuals and compelling marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Graphic Design: Create eye-catching graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
2. Brand Development: Design unique logos, develop brand identities, and craft visual storytelling elements for clients.
3. Marketing Collateral: Produce brochures, social media assets, presentations, infographics, and other promotional materials.
4. Web Design: Assist in website design and updates ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
5. Creative Problem-Solving: Develop innovative concepts that align with client goals and industry trends.
6. Project Management: Balance multiple design projects with efficiency and attention to detail.

Collaboration and Strategy:

1. Work closely with clients and team members to understand project requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
2. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer creative ideas for campaigns and projects.
3. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in design and web development.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
2. Online Portfolio: that showcases your best design work, creative thought processes, and solutions to marketing/design challenges.
3. 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and web design (internships or freelance work count!).
4. Demonstrates the ability to work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
5. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
6. Proficient in elements and principles of design and user interfaces.
7. Experience with web design platforms like Webflow, WordPress, Weebly or Wix.
