Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and answer phones
- Schedule and monitor appointments
- Obtain vehicle and customer information
- Complete repair orders
- Clearly annotate customer concerns and vehicle symptoms
- Determine and explain vehicle maintenance scheduled services
- Review and manage inventory
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Experience Required:
- 1 year Customer service experience
- Ability to manage customers, scheduling, parts, part returns, equipment maintenance, etc.
Experience Preferred:
- 2 years Customer service experience
- 1 year of automotive industry experience
- College degree or equivalent
Salary/Wage:
