This candidate will be responsible for UX design and design systems. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities

1. Develop design systems, navigation patterns, and reusable components.
2. Create intuitive, engaging, and consistent UX designs across digital products.
3. Visualize and prototype ideas using design tools and collaborative methods.
4. Build and iterate on low- and high-fidelity prototypes with a user-centered approach.
5. Identify user needs and business goals to shape design strategy.
6. Collaborate with usability researchers to refine designs based on user testing.
7. Present work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
8. Mentor junior designers and advocate for UX best practices.

Qualifications

1. 5-8+ years of UX design experience.
2. Must have a portfolio showcasing design systems work.
3. Strong knowledge of UX principles for web, mobile, and touch devices.
4. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
