Job Title: Medical Sales Representative/ Marketer

Job Types: Full-Time (3-Month Probationary Period)

Total Rendered Hours in a week: 40 hours per week

Salary: Annual Salary of $56,200 ($27.01 per hour) + Commission + Allowance + Potential Bonus
Type of Work: Full-time, 8-hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday

Job Overview:

Innovamed Industries seeks a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Medical Sales Representative in California. As a Medical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals and institutions across the state.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other key decision-makers.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.

• Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products through product demonstrations, lectures, and presentations.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

• Provide continuous interaction and support to customers to ensure their satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

• Keep updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.

• Negotiate contracts: Work with healthcare facilities and providers to negotiate pricing and terms of sale for the company's products.

• Schedule appointments: This involves contacting doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to arrange meetings to discuss the company's products.

• Willing to travel and maintain clean DMV records.

• Utilizing our CRM system and other technology to manage and track progress.

• Traveling to assigned locations to meet with clients face-to-face.

• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

• Achieve and demonstrate measurable sales results within the first six months.

Qualifications:

• At least one (1) year experience (preferred) or proven track record of success in medical sales or a related field.

• Willing to be trained

• Knowledge and background in medical supplies sales is a PLUS

• Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

• Diligent and dedicated professional with a strong commitment to achieving work objectives.

Areas of Coverage: San Diego, Riverside County, and Orange County
