We’re looking for a creative visionary to redefine our digital presence and elevate user experiences across diverse platforms.Why join us?Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans.401K with employer matching.3.5 weeks of PTO annually, plus federal holidays.Office in San Francisco’s vibrant Mission District, with a 3-4 day onsite expectation.Access to 3D printers for personal creative projects.Job DetailsKey Responsibilities:Craft striking, user-focused designs that reflect our brand identity and meet practical goals.Create and roll out a unified design system for our consumer-facing sites and internal development tools.Partner with product managers, developers, and key stakeholders to weave design seamlessly into the product lifecycle.Spearhead user research and leverage insights to boost engagement and refine usability.Keep our digital interfaces innovative by staying on top of design trends and new tech.Set and monitor design performance indicators to measure success and guide refinements.Harmonize the visual appeal and functionality of DTC and B2B platforms for a smooth, captivating user journey.Operate autonomously, owning projects and adapting swiftly to shifting priorities.

Qualifications for this role:6+ years in digital product design, ideally in DTC or B2B SaaS environments.A knack for graphic design and creating stunning, polished UI.A robust portfolio highlighting top-notch UI/UX work.Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design software.Track record of developing and expanding design systems for intricate platforms.Ability to lead open-ended projects, defining clear objectives, metrics, and outcomes.Solid grasp of user-focused design practices, research techniques, and data-informed decisions.Strong communicator, able to explain design choices to varied audiences.Startup background is a plus but not essential—flexibility, grit, and ingenuity are what matter most.Interested in hearing more?
