Job Description
The Marketing Coordinator will work as a team member within the Marketing Department to provide support for all business units. They will be responsible for the administration and facilitation of marketing initiatives including but not limited to; branding initiatives, campaigns, written and video content preparation & editing, communications, event coordination, promotional items, sponsorships, community service efforts, and other activities, as well as overall responsibility to provide coordination and support for various marketing projects and initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Provide departmental administrative support including correspondence, email, and assisting in maintaining departmental files and databases.
- Assist and provide support for photography, video production, and video editing.
- Provide content support for marketing materials, newsletters and advertising, websites, social media and other items as needed.
- Function as departmental liaison on marketing projects with and on behalf of business units with both internal and external partners and customers, to include suppliers/ vendors for order placements and fulfillment requests.
- Provide support for tradeshow, event planning and development initiatives.
- Maintain status of marketing projects, community service, calendar of events, vendor databases, and files.
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports for departmental and company review.

- Intermediate skills in Constant Contact, HubSpot, or a similar email program
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or equivalent business experience. Minimum two-three years marketing experience preferred.

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure at an Intermediate to Advanced level. Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving variables in situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
