Title Lock Corp is hiring: Marketing Project Coordinator in Boca Raton

We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented individual to join our Marketing Team. This role requires flexibility and the ability to work across multiple functions, assisting the Marketing Director and Media Buyer with post-sale coordination, scheduling, compliance, analytics, and ad review. This role ensures smooth execution of advertising campaigns by managing deliverables, maintaining compliance, and tracking performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate post-sale tasks, ensuring ad materials and interviews are delivered, approved, and placed on schedule.

· Maintain media calendars, manage deadlines, and facilitate communication between Agencies and Marketing Team.

· Lead onboarding meetings for new talent and sponsorships, ensuring alignment on campaign objectives, deliverables, and expectations.

· Review ad content for compliance and brand guidelines.

· Track and compile ad campaign data, assisting with performance reporting and optimization efforts.

· Support internal processes by organizing documentation, scheduling meetings, and troubleshooting issues across the Marketing Department: This role is a support role, and as such, some duties and responsibilities may shift over to me as marketing efforts/needs change and some areas need more attention.

Assistant Media Buyer/Lead Outreach: Possibly assist with media buying efforts, including researching advertising platforms and internal outreach with media outlets. Some experience in media buying or working with media partners is preferred.
