The Vibrant Talent Group is representing a global AI-driven platform, hiring for a SF Bay Area based Head of Growth Marketing to join their passionate group of employees focused on creating meaningful connections. The Head of Growth Marketing will have an opportunity to shape the US expansion strategy and make a significant impact in a fast-growing organization. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Head of Growth Marketing to lead product-led acquisition and revenue growth initiatives. You will establish and lead an acquisition marketing function, driving demand generation and conversion for the AI self-service platform while managing and scaling a small marketing team. As the Head of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive growth marketing strategy, optimizing the funnel from lead generation to conversion, and leveraging data-driven insights to drive business outcomes. You will set KPIs and growth targets, collaborate with senior leadership, and allocate budgets across various growth channels. Build a scalable acquisition marketing function, optimizing inbound marketing and conversion rates. Oversee paid acquisition efforts, including social media, LinkedIn, and influencer strategies. Develop and implement tracking tools to analyze and enhance campaign performance. Report on acquisition, revenue metrics, and activation performance. 8+ years of marketing experience with a strong focus on growth marketing and demand generation for SaaS/platform businesses. ~ Proven track record of driving B2B user acquisition and revenue growth. ~ Ability to analyze data effectively and implement growth experiments. ~ Experience working with marketing automation, analytics, and tracking tools. ~ Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with sales, product, and executive leadership.
