COMMUNITY MANAGER

Our interns are generally juniors, seniors, or recent grads from an undergrad program, likely studying business, marketing, communications, or hospitality. They're resourceful, creative, and know that attention to detail can make or break a brand's online presence.

We're looking for a Community Management Intern to support our marketing team for the fall and spring semesters.

• Manage Instagram Engagement – Respond to comments and DMs in our brand voice, ensuring every guest feels heard.
• Facilitate Team Collaboration – Flag important guest messages and questions in Slack, keeping the right team members in the loop, seeing through to resolution.
• Develop an FAQ – Identify common guest questions and create scripted responses to streamline replies.
• Create Engaging Story Content – Post 3x per week based on themes that showcase our food, team, and in-store experiences in an authentic way.
• Coordinate & Work Brand Activation Events – Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events that bring the Naked Farmer brand to life, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
• Support Office Operations – Assist in preparing seasonal menu launch materials, fulfill gift card orders, and assist with other marketing-related administrative tasks.
• Assist with Special Projects – Jump in on various marketing tasks, events, and initiatives to support the team as needed.

Get paid $20/hour.

Work side-by-side with our leadership team in our beautiful Industrious Office overlooking Sparkman Wharf and the Port of Tampa Bay.
