Great work-life balance Competitive Compensation Pre IPO Stocks- scheduled within 2 years Great financial backing Full health benefits PTO Job Details Experience: 5 years of experience in Analog and Mixed-Signal Design (automotive or industrial industry preferred). Experience with various DC/DC power conversion topologies. Strong understanding of device physics. Experienced with mixed-signal design, simulation, and modeling. Responsibilities: Architect, implement, and analyze trade-offs of different solutions Analyze system and block-level circuits via simulation and modeling Work as the design lead of ultra-low-cost low dropout regulators (LDOs). Be actively involved in the design right from kickoff. Work on top-level architecture as well as several blocks within the IC such as bandgap reference, passFET, charge pump, oscillator, thermal shutdown circuit, etc. Work on the top-level verification of an ultra-low power (ULP) synchronous DC-DC buck converter and design the power FETs, drivers and start-up circuitry for the same.
