The Digital Designer oversees concept development, design, and production for a global beauty brand's digital platform. You lead digital photoshoot conceptualization and asset production, collaborating closely with in-house teams. Ensure deliverables meet global requirements. Manage projects with a dedicated manager and external agency support.
Key Responsibilities • Execute a wide range of digital projects including site banners, emails, display banners ads, PDP pages, and SEO pages. • Collaborate closely with the Creative VP on digital asset production, from project kickoff to completion, encompassing photoshoot concepting, concept presentation and sign-off, pre and post-production, final artwork, and finished asset delivery. • Conduct light-color retouching and image resizing on visual assets. • Drive digital creative strategies and ensure consistent application of brand standards for all digital assets in alignment with overarching campaign visuals. • Manage multiple projects and closely adhere to digital production project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery. • Deliver experienced and effective creative presentations, including to senior members of staff. • Demonstrate an enthusiasm for the agile nature of business needs.
Qualifications: • Self-starter with 5-10 years of experience in digital design with eCommerce focus. • Prior experience in either a creative agency or in-house design team. • Preferably from a prestige beauty background. • Understanding of user experience methodologies and practices. • Ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently against tight deadlines. • Keen eye for clean design and ability to execute tactical direction efficiently. • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (expert proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and presentation design (Powerpoint). Sketch app and/or video editing skills. • Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach to daily challenges with strong cross-department communication skills. • Ability to work independently on assignments quickly and with efficiency and organization.
