Job Details The Vice President of Marketing Operations leads the strategy and execution of data-driven marketing processes, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business goals. This role oversees marketing systems, automation, and performance analytics to optimize impact and drive growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement marketing operations strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Optimize processes through automation, technology, and data insights to improve performance. Collaborate cross-functionally to align resources, establish key performance metrics, and deliver actionable insights. Oversee and refine the marketing technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration of CRM, automation, and analytics tools. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing marketing performance and implementing innovative solutions. Qualifications: 10 years of experience in marketing operations, process optimization, and technology management, with 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Expertise in marketing automation, CRM systems, data analytics, and performance measurement.
