Job Description:
We are looking for a versatile and proactive Marketing and Executive Assistant to join our team. This role is a unique opportunity to support our marketing initiatives while also handling essential executive administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a knack for multitasking, strong communication skills, and a desire to contribute to both marketing and organizational functions.
Job Responsibilities:
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and social media platforms.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer data to identify trends and help the marketing team develop marketing strategies.
- Help marketing content and e-commerce teams with a variety of tasks that can include support on photoshoots, product description writing, POs and more.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Help to track, audit and report on marketing campaign effectiveness, making recommendations for improvement.
Executive Admin Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team and executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Handle routine correspondence and communications, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update marketing databases and CRM systems with accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Oversee office supplies inventory.
- Take initiative to organize and manage office common areas, including break room/kitchen and conference room.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and graphic design software is a plus.
- Must have graphic design experience in Canva and adobe.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
