The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies, coordinate various projects, and ensure consistent branding across all channels. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support marketing campaigns : Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives, including digital, social media, email, and traditional campaigns.
  • Content creation : Collaborate with the team to develop content for blogs, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Social media management : Schedule and monitor posts across all social media platforms, engaging with audiences and analyzing performance metrics.
  • Event coordination : Support the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars, including logistics and on-site coordination.
  • Market research : Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to support marketing strategy development.
  • Reporting & analysis : Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to drive improvements and decision-making.
  • Project coordination : Liaise with vendors, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed to specification.
  • Budget management : Assist with tracking and managing the marketing budget, ensuring proper allocation of resources.
  • Brand consistency : Ensure all marketing materials and communication align with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field .
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or related role.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools , including social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills .
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills .
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) and experience reporting on campaign performance is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or basic graphic design skills is a plus.
