Role: Event Marketing Lead
Are you ready to play a pivotal role in our Events Marketing team? We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven professional to spearhead our event marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll be responsible for crafting memorable event experiences that drive engagement and align with our marketing objectives.
As the primary point of contact for events, you will oversee vendor relationships, develop compelling promotional materials, and ensure seamless execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll manage logistics, budgets, and event strategies to maximize impact.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute events, from venue selection to vendor management and logistics.
- Develop compelling event messaging and content to attract and engage target audiences.
- Manage event budgets and timelines, ensuring on-time and cost-effective execution.
- Analyze event performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to design engagement strategies that drive lead generation and business growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and vendors.
- Utilize marketing automation and lead management tools to enhance event campaigns.
- Work alongside the Demand team to develop strategies that drive pipeline growth and qualified sales meetings.
- Lead the execution of our hosted events, ensuring exceptional attendee experiences.
Requirements:
- 3–10 years of event marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, startups, or B2B industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing demand-centric events.
- Expertise in multi-channel event promotion, including email, digital ads, web, social media, and sales enablement.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (Salesforce & HubSpot) and ABM tools (e.g., 6sense).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas, insights, and data across various formats (written, presentation, verbal).
- Self-motivated, capable of managing multiple events independently while collaborating effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
