We are a digital marketing agency focused on growth through Paid Media, SEO, and conversion-focused design and copywriting. We have a hybrid team in San Francisco and San Diego, as well as a remote team throughout the US and internationally.

hat will you do?A

s a Paid Media Manager, you will be the main point of contact for 5-8 key client accounts handling account management, strategy, and project management. After studying each client and their industry, you'll develop a strategy to achieve their performance goals, not just traffic but more importantly conversions.Y

ou'll then project manage the client strategy, campaign builds, audience build, creative and pixel tracking with the support of a Paid Media Specialist and the client. You will also provide reporting and project updates to clients in recurring meetings and handle client communications.M

  • aid Media Mega-Mastery - O ur business specializes in premium Paid Media strategy and execution. This role is for expert marketers skilled in driving growth through Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads. We're looking for top-tier professionals ready to deliver outstanding performance!G

  • reat communication skills - you are able to distill Paid Media strategy into easy to understand terms for clients (who may not be as savvy) to understand, get buy-in and appreciate the value of what we’re doing, as well as overly communicative with internal teams for effective collaborationH

  • ighly organized & process driven - Y ou can use project management tools to organize tasks, stay on top of multiple projects, and ensure client delivery.A

  • nalytical and data driven - you don’t just make guesses as to why metrics go up or down, but are comfortable diving deep and analyzing data in order to draw actionable insights and conclusions. You have strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, building charts, vlookups)R

  • esults driven - you have a track record of achieving results, and if you’re not getting results, you have an insatiable appetite to identify opportunities, get client buy-in and execute. You know how to identify where the opportunities are in order to move the needle, and not be focused on just checking off a checklist (although those are important)R

  • eal Experience - you have a proven track record of Paid Media achievements, with typically 3+ years of Google Ads/LinkedIn Ads experience of managing large budgets ($30k+ monthly)P

  • assionate About Paid Media - your YouTube history is filled with Paid Media content, you are in the Paid Media forums, you could talk for hours about this stuff, it’s more than a job - it’s what makes you great professionally.N

ice To Have:E

  • xperience in B2B SaaS/Enterprise technologyE
  • xperience in other Paid Media channels (e.g. Reddit Ads, Programmatic)A
  • dvanced knowledge of Google Tag Manager (using regex, datalayer, javascript)W

ur work hours are typically your standard 40/wk. Core working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm in your time zone (except EST which is 9am to 6pm). This means during work hours, you are in a focused environment where you are dedicating your time and attention to Upgrow with a good internet connection and good work space.S
