Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Trade Promotions : Oversee the full trade promotion process, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze Promotion Effectiveness : Evaluate promotion performance and recommend improvements based on ROI and data insights.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Work with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Demand Planning to optimize strategies and forecasts.
  • Ensure Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to guidelines and accurate financial reporting of trade spend.
  • Manage Data & Insights : Track trade promotion data and analyze financial impact, providing actionable insights.
  • Vendor & Supplier Relations : Oversee contracts and ensure efficient execution of trade promotion systems.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance trade processes and alignment with company strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience :
  • 6+ years in Finance, Trade Management
  • Strong background in financial analysis, revenue management, and trade promotions.
  • Proficient in Excel, INFOR a +++
  • Familiar with sales performance analysis and forecasting.
  • Education : Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Finance, or related field.
