Your Impact:

As a Fitness Studio Operations Leader, you will ignite growth and foster community engagement within the studio. You will lead a high-energy team, drive membership and sales, and ensure an exceptional experience that keeps our members motivated and engaged. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a vibrant team of Assistant Managers, Coaches, and Sales Associates.
• Drive membership sales targets while delivering exemplary customer service.
• Celebrate member achievements and create memorable experiences.
• Provide outstanding customer support, resolve issues promptly, and design engaging community events.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new team members.
• Monitor and exceed key performance metrics including membership renewals, retail sales, and foot traffic.
• Embrace additional responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in fitness or retail management, particularly in sales.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Availability for retail hours, including weekends.
• Ability to connect with members, the community, and the public through excellent written and verbal communication.
