•Create, manage, and maintain technical knowledge assets
•Collaborate with subject-matter experts and develop, organize, and create technical engineering knowledge assets
•Develop and maintain a library for knowledge assets in SharePoint Online
•Evaluate existing knowledge assets and develop innovative methods for improvement
•Develop knowledge asset templates improving the user ability to find and use specific content
•Transition and update existing knowledge assets to a new library in collaboration with a global team
•Collaborate in developing and implementing website and knowledge asset administration and governance policies and procedure
Degree not required; hands on technical writing experience would be ideal
2-4 years' experience (will prioritize those who have closer to 4)
Top skills include the following:
•Experience working with knowledge assets;
•Connecting assets with the user experience side;
•Being able to build out a document library;
•Understanding how to arrange documents;
•Capability to work across a large number of groups with lots of different stakeholders
Soft skills preferred would be someone who is collaborative, communicates well, and possesses influencing skills
Preferred skillset would be someone who has experience with structuring/set up a governance process, who has the ability to work with different types of knowledge assets
Will work closely with Adobe tools & Microsoft SharePoint
