Executive Producer – Commercial & Branded Content

Los Angeles, CA (Preferred) | Open to Other Major Production Hubs ArtClass is seeking a highly experienced Executive Bidding Producer to lead our commercial and branded content production efforts. This role is designed for a seasoned industry leader with at least 15 years of executive-level experience in bidding, pitching, and securing projects within commercial production. Key Responsibilities
Bidding & Business Development
Oversee and manage all aspects of the bidding process, ensuring multiple projects—ranging from small-scale digital campaigns to high-budget commercial productions—are bid efficiently and strategically. Develop and manage budgets across all levels, from lean, quick-turn digital content to large-scale, multi-million-dollar productions, ensuring financial feasibility without sacrificing creative integrity. Craft compelling, competitive pitches and proposals tailored to the scope and scale of each project. Maintain the agility to respond to last-minute bid requests and tight turnarounds, balancing multiple projects simultaneously. Build and maintain strong relationships with agencies, brands, and key industry stakeholders to drive ongoing business opportunities. Assess budget feasibility during the bidding phase to ensure both financial viability and creative excellence. Collaborate with in-house teams and external partners to optimize pitch strategies that align with ArtClass’s creative vision. Experience working in foreign markets, navigating international production logistics, currency exchanges, tax incentives, and compliance with regional regulations. Familiarity with global production hubs and established relationships with international vendors, service companies, and talent pools. Client & Agency Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between ArtClass and advertising agencies, brands, and partners to ensure seamless communication throughout the bidding and pre-production process. Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. Production Strategy & Oversight
Ensure a smooth transition from awarded bid to production execution, providing strategic oversight. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the bidding phase. Optimize resource allocation across projects to balance creative ambition with logistical and financial feasibility. Qualifications & Skills
15+ years of executive-level experience in bidding and business development within commercial production. A strong communicator who provides clear direction and constructive feedback to empower teams, enhance collaboration, and drive professional growth. Proven track record of securing high-profile commercial and branded content projects. Established relationships with top agencies, brands, and creative talent. Expert-level skills in budgeting, estimating, and financial forecasting. Strong negotiation and client-facing abilities, with the confidence to lead high-stakes discussions. Deep understanding of commercial production workflows and industry best practices. Salary
