Overview
The Studio is the in-house agency for PBNA. The Senior Director of Creative will lead the Studio's 14-person Creative Team. The Sr. Creative Director will lead all creative work at the Studio and will handle multiple productions, strategy meetings, and interactions with senior leaders on a daily basis. Creativity is at the heart of the Studio's work and this role is key to elevating creative excellence for PBNA brands.

Creativity is at the heart of the Studio's work and this role is key to elevating creative excellence for PBNA brands.
Responsibilities
- The Sr. Creative Director will lead internal digital and social initiatives that integrates media analytics and creative best practices for brands across multiple brands, with a large team of dedicated team members and contractors.
- Responsible for creating an environment of ideation, critical thinking, and understanding for how to create and effectively build out ideas
- Provide strategic leadership to brand marketing stakeholders through a conceptual thinking approach by utilizing knowledge of the business to create and evaluate ideas that will have a business impact
- Foster a team ecosystem of "creative consultants" who build brand teams' capabilities in expanding additional ideas alongside the agency and brand teams and bring them to life through a new agency/production process that involves more project based work vs retainers
- Creative lead for the weekly Creative Kitchen worksessions, helping review and provide feedback on external agency work
- Create an integrated partnership with the media and strategy teams, facilitating data-led creative and activation
- Craft an approach to build capability for creative evaluation and agency leadership excellence
- Provide leadership to a team of creative specialists who understand creative, production, media, activation and strategy
- Position manages through complexity of internal and external stakeholders to drive and deliver award-winning creative content to drive brand relevancy.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $151,200 - $300,000.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 30% of annual salary paid out annually.
- and an additional target payout of 15% of annual salary is paid out over 3 years following the end of the performance period.
- Long term incentive equity may be awarded based on eligibility and performance.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- 15+ years experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign CS5 or above
- Knowledge of PowerPoint and Keynote
- Preferable to have design skills and capabilities
- Creative experience with broad brand marketing capabilities in CPG and other categories.
- Experience in marketing, brand development, innovation, shopper marketing and/or consumer insights.
- Strong consumer empathy & customer-centricity. Demonstrated ability to place the consumer at the heart of everything.
- Proven collaboration abilities with both internal account, strategy/planning and brand teams.
- Strategic thinking and creative leadership skills.
- Deep understanding of marketing strategy and ability to develop marketing tactics that deliver on brand objectives.
- Creative leader who can bring a brand voice to life across omnichannel marketing vehicles and develop breakthrough marketing ideas.
- Big picture, strategic thinking, coupled with results orientation; proven track record of strong tactical execution within the creative space.
- Ability to tell a story, synthesize and convey key messages and present in a visual and compelling way.
- People management experience leading and inspiring teams of creative professionals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset - willing to roll up your sleeves and creatively stretch budgets along with being a creator themselves.
- Purposeful brand leader: must be able to build compelling narratives around brands' purpose and translating that into action that builds business.
