Aquent Talent is hiring: Production Design Asset Management Specialist in Culver

The Content Design team conceptualizes, crafts and builds the content experiences for some of our client’s most visible products! Your ideas and vision can impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like, and how they’re used by millions of people across the globe. The Content Studio and Production team is looking for an exceptional Production Design Asset Management Specialist. In this role, you will be overseeing a DAM program for the content design team and establishing workflows for multiple teams using creative asset management software. We are seeking candidates that have a proven track record of creating resilient systems that can evolve alongside business needs. You will be working along side teams of Designers, Editors, and Producers to understand where and how we ingest assets from external and internal partners; or conversely create original content for featuring and publication. The ideal candidate for the role relishes in the details of the production design process and will be at the epicenter of these two worlds ensuring assets moving through the production design process are accessible to all relevant parties.

Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Collaborate with Frameworks manager.
\n
• Define, manage and track schedules and execution.
\n
• Identify and prioritize and pivot project tasks, gauge risks and be abreast of project health at any time.
\n
• Translating needs of multiple teams to capabilities of asset management platform or informing feature development.
\n
• Establishing multiple team file and folder taxonomies, setting up workflows, and pipelines within asset management software and systems.
\n
• Partner with Creative Infrastructure team to create user stories and feature requests that would be prioritized with engineering teams.
\n
• Ensuring integration of asset management system with other systems.
\n
• Participate in formal User Acceptance Testing.
\n
• Assisting with data migration planning and team on-boarding.
\n
• Assisting with User and Group permissions models related to teams and workflows.
\n
• Author documentation and provide periodic training sessions.
\n
• Ability to create and execute communications with a template driven mentality.
\n
• Verifying user reported anomalies in production environments, and escalating accordingly.
\n
• Collaborating with other Project Managers on tracking standards and protocol.
\n

Experience:

\n

\n
• 3—4 years experience with evaluating and setting up workflows using industry leading asset management software andsystems to meet multiple business line needs.
\n
• Experience using project management methodologies and tools such as Wrike, Airtable, JIRA, Asana, WorkFront, OmniPlan or similar platforms; as well as iCal, iWork and Office suites.
\n
• You are technically proficient, have the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly as well as understand various project structures, file formats both static/video, and accompanying metadata.
\n
• You must be able to foster a high degree of organization across teams.
\n
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and are highly collaborative.
\n
• You must have the ability to make complex decisions independently and explain rationale.
\n
• You have excellent project and task-tracking experience and a proclivity to detail but frequently step back to see the bigpicture.
\n
• You can draw parallels between various business line needs to formulate consolidated solutions.
\n
• You are comfortable presenting potential workflows and solutions, implementing upon approvals, and finally creating and disseminating documentation.
\n
• Demonstrates command of visual communication design and typography principles.
\n
• Diligence in file-naming structures and file organization.
\n
• Ability to work quickly and with multiple points of feedback and changes.
\n
• Prior experience in a time-sensitive production environment.
\n
• Ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process related issues.
\n
• A deep understanding of our client’s aesthetic, UI, and history.
\n
• Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects or Premier, Sketch, and Keynote.
\n
• Experience working in a high volume production design environment.
\n
• 3—4 years experience in creative asset management software and systems.
\n
• macOS platform proficient.
\n
• Keynote savvy for creation and presentation of collected data or training documentation.
\n

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $50.86 to $56.52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
