Our law office is growing and we need the right legal marketing assistant to help us promote our brand to the community. You’ll be responsible for working with the marketing team on developing key strategic marketing campaigns, both online and offline, that get the word out there about our legal services. Some experience in the legal industry is a plus, but not necessary for this role. The successful applicants will have the ability to manage multiple projects and timelines and bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the team. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain the firm’s monthly content calendar, including blog topics, press releases, newsletters, and social media posts. • Assist in creating promotional materials such as graphics, flyers, and digital content, with an eye for design and brand consistency. • Support management in enhancing the firm’s digital presence across social media platforms, websites, and other channels. • Set up, coordinate, and attend in-person and virtual events, representing the firm. • Conduct market research and gather data to help guide marketing strategies and campaigns. • Prepare and present monthly performance reports, tracking the success of digital marketing efforts, campaigns, and engagement metrics. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing. • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and competitive strategies. • Assist with other marketing-related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or as a marketing assistant. • Strong interest in digital marketing, with experience or knowledge in SEO and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter). • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and aesthetics. • Familiarity with basic graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Capcut). • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Proactive and positive attitude, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisions. • Basic knowledge of project management tools and best practices. Compensation: $25 hourly
