Join us in this exciting endeavor as a key contributor to our licensing marketing campaigns within the Consumer Products team! Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and execution of engaging consumer product marketing campaigns. Manage project tracking for partners, collaborating closely with Licensing marketing leads to ensure timely delivery of key milestones. Oversee operational workflows for marketing approvals, reviewing and routing a high volume of retail and licensee materials to relevant stakeholders. Evaluate creative submissions from partners, ensuring alignment with fan expectations, brand messaging, and campaign objectives, while providing constructive feedback to elevate creative quality. Centralize vital information and assets for marketing programs to streamline requests from teams (Comms, Publicity, Social, Title Marketing). Promote and advocate for partner marketing ideas within internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Creative, Merch Strategy, Content Marketing, etc.) to ensure seamless integration into larger title marketing initiatives. Contribute to status reports/internal trackers, retail marketing reviews, recaps, and pitch decks on behalf of the team. Monitor and facilitate purchase order requests and invoice submissions across various projects and titles. Support onboarding of partners, agencies, and vendors into our systems, including brand asset libraries, NDAs, and vendor profiles. Ensure that all necessary clearances are obtained from stakeholders (Legal, Title Marketing, PR, Social, showrunners, etc.). What We Need From You: 5+ years of marketing experience in retail or consumer products; entertainment background is advantageous. Exceptional project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently and meeting deadlines across diverse titles. Ability to understand brand guidelines, creative best practices, and relevant storytelling for each title. A genuine passion for fandoms and storytelling through products. Excellent written and visual communication skills, able to convey ideas effectively at all organizational levels. Collaborative mindset, particularly in challenging or unclear situations; embraces new challenges with enthusiasm. Outstanding attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to manage deadlines independently. Active contribution in team meetings to promote positive results. Pay Rate Range:

$40-44.50/hr.
