The success of these brands relies heavily on the creation of fact-based selling materials and precise reporting on program execution. The Senior Trade Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in analyzing commercial and shopper insights and developing impactful marketing collateral that aligns with our trade marketing goals and brand strategy. You will collaborate closely with the Trade Marketing Director, brand teams, sales teams, and functional support teams. Role & Responsibilities Planning and Development:

Serve as the key liaison between brand teams, sales teams, functional support teams, and external partners to produce data-driven selling materials for Proximo's brands. Utilize consumer insights to create marketing collateral that supports brand strategies. Engagement:

Work alongside the Sales team to develop marketing content that meets market demands and drives brand visibility to achieve annual sales objectives. Commercialization:

Generate creative ideas and recommendations for innovative collateral, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies to enhance brand strategies and exceed KPIs. Ensure optimal return on investment for promotions and trade marketing expenditures by aligning target markets with sales and distribution partners. Documentation:

Manage the buy book and sell sheets to forecast trade marketing needs for each brand within your category. Communication/Reporting:

Leverage the three-tier distribution model and industry expertise to devise mutually beneficial marketing solutions for the Marketing, Sales, and distribution partners. Share best practices across brands to foster efficiency and effective execution. Collaboration:

Identify and manage external partners to develop and implement trade marketing content that amplifies consumer reach and brand recognition. Key Competencies Analytical:

Proficient in using Nielsen and other syndicated data. Project Management:

Demonstrate efficient use of time by prioritizing and planning work activities. Set goals and objectives, and develop realistic action plans. Business Acumen:

Knowledge of marketing and trade marketing activities, tools, and techniques with a solid understanding of relevant markets and competition. Problem Solving:

Ability to identify and resolve issues promptly. Skillfully gather and analyze information, generating alternative solutions, and excel in group problem-solving situations. Communication:

Collaborate with brand teams to comprehend brand strategy and inform trade marketing content design. Act as a bridge between brand teams, agencies, and Sales to ensure alignment with brand positioning and program goals. Key Relationships Internal:

Marketing External:

Nielsen Knowledge and Experience BS/BA degree in marketing or a related field (MBA is a plus). 6+ years of prior experience with a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company; experience in the Alcoholic Beverages Industry is a bonus. Ability to craft compelling and concise selling narratives for trade. Proficiency in Nielsen and other syndicated data. Demonstrated success in developing and executing promotional programs for premium spirit brands. Familiarity with marketing and trade marketing tools and techniques essential for success. Experience in effectively managing and leveraging relationships with agencies, suppliers/distributors, and partners; ability to influence and engage with direct and indirect reports and peers. Exceptional organizational, project management, and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to juggle multiple tasks and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. The salary range for this role is a base salary of $134,400 - $173,000, along with an annual bonus, 401K match, and medical and wellness benefits. Base salaries are determined during our interview process, assessing a candidate's experience and skill set against internal peers and the responsibilities of the position.
