THE PROGRAM We're looking for students to join our Co-Op Program who believe that sound is power. Over the 6-month co-op, you will get the opportunity to apply the skills you learned in the classroom with hands-on work experience. Our Co-Ops will get to network across the business to understand different perspectives at Bose. You'll connect with other Co-Ops and colleagues to grow your network for the future! available July 14- December 20, 2025 THE ROLE We're looking for an Industrial Design Co-Op to join the Product Design team and contributing to bringing Bose’s innovative products to life. As an Industrial Design Co-Op, you will: Collaborate with Designers, Researchers, Engineers, and Product Managers as you contribute to development programs. Ideate through sketch, CAD, and Keyshot renders Present design work during design crit to strengthen concept directions and communication skills Develop CAD for model making through our Industrial Design model Shop Create on-brand presentations that bring concept visions to life Deliver a compelling project presentation Track and communicate project status Manage workload and meeting deadlines Partner with ID, CMF, and UX designers on deliverables for products in development REQUIREMENTS To be successful in this role, you should: Have a degree in Industrial Design and a strong interest in consumer electronics. Exhibit strong design thinking ability with keen ability to adapt design process to the challenge at hand. Be able to quickly and effectively articulate ideas, utilizing visual, written, and verbal communication skills. Excel at form ideation and refinement Thrive in an environment that requires adapting to new information throughout the development process. Have the ability to work collaboratively on teams with diverse expertise and perspectives. QUALIFICATIONS BA/BS in Industrial Design (completed or pursuing) Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD (NX or SolidWorks preferred), MS Office Ability to quickly adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines Motivation to produce and improve high-quality deliverables Strong attention to detail and organizational, and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Bose is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to inclusion and diversity.
