AireServ is seeking a Professional Sales Associate/ Home Comfort Designer for our Muncie, IN location! As Professional Sales Associate/Home Comfort Designer, you are a key member of our team who proactively generates residential and commercial sales and nurtures client relationships. You will be responsible for visiting residential homes to determine their HVAC needs and make the appropriate recommendations for system replacement or air quality upgrades. You will also be responsible to generate relationships with office buildings or complexes, commercial buildings and multi-family complexes for annual maintenance, service and replacement of equipment. With more than 300 locations throughout the United States and Canada, Aire Serv is a trusted name in the field of heating and air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair. Hold weekly prospecting hours for lead generation yet have availability for in-person calls each day, possibly including some evenings to accommodate customer availability. In-home visits with residential clients to determine their HVAC needs and make the appropriate recommendations for system replacement and air quality upgrades. Phone and in-person visits to office buildings/complexes, commercial buildings and multi-family complexes to generate annual maintenance contracts, service contracts and present proposals for replacement of equipment. Complete all necessary paperwork to include agreements, finance documents, heat gain and loss calculations, installation notes and rebate forms. Lead generation activities to include attending networking events, home shows and community events and making outbound calls.
