Alderson Loop is looking for a Marketing Analyst to join the Prospect Marketing team at a Fortune 500 investment firm. The Analyst will support the development of custom sales content, enable advisor meeting content, and assist with data and reporting to measure content usage and effectiveness.
This position will work with cross-functional teams to develop marketing content that positions the firms products and value-added offers as differentiated solutions for their B2B audiences. These plans address the needs of prospects and clients including plan sponsors and advisors. Assists in implementing plans, process, and creating or updating content according to the marketing strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support three Marketing Managers by assisting with the operational execution of marketing projects.
- Help identify the right stakeholders for a project and assist in standing up new projects.
- Manage and maintain project-related data, ensuring accurate tracking of metrics and KPIs.
- Analyze data to assist with showcasing outcomes and optimizing future marketing programs.
- Manage the SharePoint intake system to track project requests and ensure efficient processes.
- Review marketing content to ensure alignment with project objectives and business priorities.
- Partner with sales and client services teams to understand client needs and contribute to streamlined project execution.
- Manage story updates and ensure all touchpoints in the client journey are captured and efficient.
- Collaborate with marketing colleagues and creative partners to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Assist with data collection processes, streamlining how metrics are gathered and reported.
- Utilize business intelligence tools to analyze data and provide insights to the marketing team.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, project coordination, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience working with SharePoint for intake and workflow management.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS); experience with Seismic is a plus.
- Exposure to Ceros or other interactive content platforms is beneficial.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools for data reporting and analysis.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with B2B marketing and understanding of the sales prospecting process.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry.
Salary - $80,000-$100,000
