Position Overview/Responsibilities for the National Marketing Coordinator:

- Spearhead the creation of creative briefs and handle follow-ups

- Coordinate with internal departments and third parties to ensure flawless execution of National Marketing Events and PR Initiatives

- Manage project timelines, task lists, and marketing request forms

- Proofread marketing and presentation materials for messaging accuracy

- Attend meetings, take notes, and report back on key points

Required Skills for National Marketing Coordinator:

- Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience (excluding internships)

- Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of experience in project management of marketing programs, preferably in a retail marketing environment

- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

- Exceptional project management, organization, and multi-tasking skills

- Outstanding attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple internal and external partners
