Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven marketing/business development professional to drive sales efforts in the Biloxi, MS area. This person will be responsible for generating business growth through strategic partnerships , client acquisition , and marketing initiatives in healthcare, home care, and senior care sectors. Experience in hospital discharge planning , home healthcare marketing , and senior care is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development : Develop relationships with hospitals , home healthcare agencies (HHAs) , podiatrists , discharge planners , and primary care physicians to generate referrals and establish long-term partnerships.
- Marketing Strategy : Lead digital and local marketing campaigns targeting Medicare beneficiaries , caregivers , and healthcare professionals.
- Account Management : Serve as the point of contact for new clients, ensuring seamless communication and smooth onboarding of referrals.
- Market Intelligence : Track competitor activities, market trends, and patient needs to adapt sales strategies.
- Educational Outreach : Host webinars, workshops, and in-office meetings to educate referral sources on the benefits of home-based wound care and the advanced technology solutions offered by Regents Health.
Qualifications:
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years in healthcare sales , home healthcare marketing , senior care , or hospital discharge planning .
- Knowledge : Familiarity with Medicare services , chronic wound care , and senior care healthcare models .
- Skills : Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Local Knowledge : Understanding of the Biloxi area and surrounding counties is preferred.
- Tech-Savvy : Ability to leverage digital tools and CRM platforms for lead tracking and communication.
